CSER 383-001 – IT HelpDesk

Students who sign up to complete a CSER with the IT HelpDesk will primarily be working during our annual HelpDesk Blitz event to assist new incoming students with technical problems and questions during the beginning of the semester. The IT HelpDesk needs volunteers who can do one or more of the following: greet customers, perform data entry and miscellaneous office tasks, answer technical and non-technical questions, walk customers through a list of steps to connect their computers to Liberty’s network, and perform computer repairs. While students from technology-related majors are encouraged to sign up for this CSER, students from any major are welcome. Students working with the HelpDesk for CSER credit can expect to finish their work within the first few weeks of the semester.
