Liberty University has a history of accepting Word of Life Bible Institute (WOLBI) students from the United States and across the world. WOLBI students are an asset to Liberty University because they become highly involved, often becoming an integral part of campus events, ministry teams, and missions opportunities.
*Special Admissions Note:
Transferring from WOLBI cannot provide enough credits to waive the SAT/ACT admissions requirement. Be sure to take your SAT or ACT if you plan to transfer.
Scholarships are available for students transferring from WOLBI in New York, Florida, or Argentina. You must transfer directly from WOLBI with a GPA of at least 2.7.
The benefit of transferring your WOLBI courses is that many of them meet general education requirements on your Degree Completion Plan. To see a full listing of how your classes will transfer, check out the Word of Life Bible Institute Transfer Guide.
Many WOLBI courses will transfer to Liberty University as required courses for your degree. However, some courses may transfer as electives, meaning that they will not apply specifically toward your Degree Completion Plan (DCP). If you feel a transferred course is equivalent to a required course on your DCP, you can submit a course substitution request.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding transferring credits from WOLBI.
