Through this unofficial evaluation, we will give you a general idea of what to expect regarding the official evaluation of your transfer credits. We will also determine how many courses you may still need in order to finish your chosen degree program.
When do I use the Unofficial Transfer Consultation (UTC) form?
1. The Unofficial Transfer Consultation request is a service provided for transfer students who would like to know how much credit might be granted before applying for admission. Applicants who are not yet accepted may also use this form.
2. A separate Official Transfer Credit Evaluation is provided to students who have applied or have been accepted to Liberty for a future term. Please visit our Registrar’s Office website at http://www.liberty.edu/registrar for alternate options that are available to you.

How will I receive my UTC Results?
After the Transfer Credential Evaluator reviews your UTC request, you will be emailed an Unofficial Degree Completion Plan (DCP) consultation within two (2) business days. If an email address is not provided, the consultation will be mailed. The consultation is UNOFFICIAL and is used ONLY for Admission Advising purposes only.
