Zoology (B.S.)

Residential Program

The zoology program is focused on animals and includes coursework ranging from genetics and cell biology, to animal behavior and ecology. Freshman and sophomore science classes provide a strong foundation in biology, chemistry, and physics. In upper-level courses, students may choose to specialize in molecular or organismal biology, or continue a general course of study. This degree is ideal for students interested in veterinary medicine or professional careers that emphasize animal husbandry or research.
