Physical Fitness

Physical fitness is an important aspect of ROTC and Task Force Blue Ridge. Cadets will be expected to regularly demonstrate push-ups, sit-ups, and a two-mile run.

Properly interpreted, performance in physical fitness shows the following:

  • Individual physical fitness level
  • Unit physical fitness level
  • Physical fitness deficiencies
  • Cadets needing special attention
