This is a club for students of all majors who have an interest in Criminal Justice. Be sure to check out our Facebook page.
Hey Liberty Students,
The Spring Semester has officially begun and the Criminal Justice Student Club is very excited about the upcoming events and plans we have for this semester.
The Criminal Justice Student Club is designed for all students interested in any area of criminal justice or law enforcement. The club is designed to give students activities outside of their regular class schedule that are both educational and interesting.
Last year, we finished off the semester with Captain Ryan Zuidema, of Lynchburg Police Department sharing his personnel experiences as a law enforcement officer. This next semester we are very excited about the upcoming speakers and events we will be having. To begin, we will begin with officer elections for club leadership; this meeting will be crucial for all those interested in becoming club officers, as well as those interested in the club. This next generation of club officers will determine the direction of the club, and officer elections determine the club leadership. All students with any major are accepted for club membership and officer candidate opportunities.
Our first few meetings will include discussions on where members would like to go, and what speakers and activities they would like to have this semester. We are looking forward to our first official meeting, and will keep you informed as to its official date. Have a wonderful semester and we hope to see you soon.
Sincerely,
The Criminal Justice Students Club Executive Officers,
Matthew Johnson & Constance Miracle
