Information for Submitting a Request

Use the link below to log into the service and request tutoring assistance.
Tutoring appointments are no more than 60 minutes long.
- You may schedule various appointments throughout the week, but please limit your appointments to one per day.
You will need to provide your personal information, course information, and what avenue of live assistance you would like to utilize.
- Note: You MUST have a MSN Messenger or Skype account and your username must be included in the form.
Before your tutoring session begins, sign into your MSN or Skype account and make sure your privacy settings will allow anyone to contact you, even those who are not on your contact list. Otherwise, your tutor will not be able to call your computer.
- Your tutor will initiate contact for you to be able to add his or her screen name to your program's list.
- If you have specific material you would like to cover during the session (e.g. specific subjects from your online course), have that information readily available.
- Make sure your microphone and speakers are working and your volume is turned up before the session start time.
Please be on time!
- If you fail to show up for your live appointment, your assigned tutor will periodically call your computer for the first ten minutes of your scheduled appointment. After ten minutes, the tutor is no longer responsible to wait for a response and will contact his or her supervisor to cancel your appointment request.
