  • Culture Break: The Culture of Tea - Jerry Falwell Library, 1-4 p.m.
    Take a seat around the table and learn about the cultures behind the teas of the world!

  • Global Talks - Jerry Falwell Library Terrace Conference, 7-9 p.m.
    Listen to a series of short talks on global subjects from field and research experts:

    Come learn and play the favorite board games of other cultures and nations!

  • Taste of Nations Food Festival | International Student Center - LaHaye Multipurpose Room, 8-10 p.m.
    Come taste the flavors of the nations in this international food festival.

Wednesday

  • Exhibit Hall - Jerry Falwell Library Atrium, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Convocation | Ann Voskamp Vines Center, 10:30-11:45 a.m.
  • Culture Break: A Taste of Europe - Jerry Falwell Library, 2-4 p.m.
    Join us for an afternoon of crêpes with nutella, whipped cream, bananas, and strawberries. Voila! 

  • Into the Post-Modern Mind - Jerry Falwell Library Terrace Conference, 5-7 p.m.
    Join us as we explore the cultures of three European nations: England, France, and Italy. In this event you will learn conversational phrases from these countries, try gelato, crêpes, and black tea, learn about the history and geography of Europe, and hear stories of how to minister to the people of these nations.

Thursday

  • Exhibit Hall - Jerry Falwell Library Atrium, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Culture Break: Japanese Origami - Jerry Falwell Library, 2-4 p.m.
    Do you have the skills to make art from paper? Come to this culture break and learn how to make a crane, an elephant, a fox, and other origami shapes! 

  • Into the Jewish Mind - Jerry Falwell Library Terrace Conference, 6-8 p.m.
    Join us as we explore the culture of the land of Israel. In this event you will learn Hebrew conversational phrases, try Israeli salad and hummus, learn about the history and geography of Israel, and hear stories those who have worked with the people of Israel.
