Next Steps

Next Steps is a three-day retreat designed for college students who intend to live and work cross-culturally. During the weekend students learn to identify the important practical and spiritual “next steps” that will best prepare them for life in another culture, through the following:

• Group sessions
• Personalized guidance
• Mentoring

Next Steps also serves as a venue for globally-minded students to connect, worship and build relationships with other students who share their passion.

Global Focus Mentors

A further step for students moving towards overseas work is getting connected with a Global Focus Mentor. These experienced overseas workers from our partner organizations disciple students in the process of getting to the field and living there successfully.
