Gifted Education Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Gifted Education is specifically geared toward individuals who have an interest in meeting the needs of students who are gifted. For individuals who already have a teaching license, completion of this certificate qualifies for the add-on endorsement in Gifted education (45-hour practicum required for add-on endorsement).

*Candidates seeking to add the Gifted endorsement to an existing teaching license must enroll in EDUC 598 (for certificate candidates) or 698 (for degree candidates) to complete the required field experience hours.

Preschool Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Preschool Studies is specifically geared toward individuals who have an interest in teaching/directing preschool programs. For individuals who already have an elementary teaching license, completion of this certificate qualifies for the add-on endorsement in Early Childhood for 3- and 4-Year Olds (45-hour practicum required for add-on endorsement).
