Mentor Stipends

Please complete the required stipend paperwork for working with an LU candidate and return the stipend form by the end of the first week of the candidate’s placement.

If you are serving as a Cooperating Teacher or Internship Mentor for a licensure candidate, please print the attachment given. Instructions for completing the paperwork are included in the packet. Thank you again for working with our candidates and sharing your expertise.
