Colin Dowd

Colin Dowd

Colin is Speech Communication major with minors in Business and Crisis Communication, in his senior year at Liberty. Colin is from Chicago and wants to go into sales and business marketing after graduation. In his spare time, Colin enjoys board games and hanging out with friends.

 


Yemisi Egbewole

Yemisi Egbewole

Yemisi is a senior majoring in Speech Communication with a minor in Theater Arts. Her experience in theatrical performance made her debut to forensics in 2011 a natural transition. Yemisi is passionate about her family and her Southern Belle origins in Atlanta, Georgia. 


Shadrach Hicks

Shadrach Hicks

A 2012 incoming freshman majoring in Speech Communication, Shad comes from sunny California, and brings years of fabulous forensics experience from his high school years. Shad’s interests include talking in funny voices, making new friends, and taking naps.

 


 

Kenny Lau

Kenny Lau

While his forensics talents are many, business is Kenny’s academic focus, as he is a junior in Liberty’s School of Business. Hailing from Northern Virginia, Kenny’s extra-forensic interests include basketball and selling shoes.

 


 

Josh Wade

Josh grew up in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and is now a senior majoring in Children’s Ministries. Josh’s hobbies, outside of forensic speech, include petting cats at the Lynchburg Humane Society and making new friends. Josh plans to move to Italy for mission work after graduation.

Dr. David Allison

Director of Forensics
 

Dr. David Allison, now in his 34th year on faculty at Liberty University, is an associate professor in the School of Communication. Having a BA in speech & drama; a MA in Christianity and drama; and a Ed. D. in education, and a master's of divinity, David works with drama, choir, and sound at his church and through the King’s Players Ministry. 


Christian Collins

Forensics Coach

A political science major in his undergraduate, Christian loves to talk about politics and candidates. Christian is passionate about his home state of Texas, sharing God’s Word, and spending quality time with people. 


Meagan Roper

Forensics Coach

Meagan’s background is in public relations and advertising, and her thesis is about leadership and motivation. Having lived in nine different states, Meagan’s interests include running, food, and traveling.
