The Student Congress Lab

The Student Congress Lab (June 21-27) is a one week lab for Student Congress participants. In this lab debaters learn how to draft legislation, to use parliamentary procedure and Robert’s Rules of Order, to deliver persuasive speeches, and to improve their critical thinking skills. Debaters will also participate in numerous practice congressional sessions.
