The purpose of King's Players is to communicate
the gospel of Jesus Christ through the medium of drama.
(source: Articles of Incorporation, 1960.)

1. It is a goal of King's Players to present plays with a message that would compel people to accept Christ as their Savior. Our ministry is not about seeing how many numbers of decisions can be recorded. Our ministry is "to do the work of an evangelist" by presenting quality productions that contain the gospel and then leave the decisions to God. (2 Timothy 4:5)

2. It is a goal of King's Players to strengthen the family through their dramatic productions. (Ephesians 5:22-6:3)

3.It is a goal of King's Players to use drama to edify believers. Plays are performed to draw the Christian audience into a deeper and more meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 4:12)

4.It is a goal of the King's Players to encourage personal devotion to Christ in each of its members.

5. It is a goal of King's Players to prepare the team members for ministry, or as Paul said, to "equip the saints," and to provide fellowship for its members. (Acts 2:42)
