General Math & Science

The Department of General Math & Science oversees developmental math courses, general education mathematics, and service courses in math and related areas (physics, physical sciences, etc.).

An A.S. in STEM Mathematics and a B.S. in Computational Mathematics are just two of the math and science degrees offered online through the College of Arts & Sciences. Math Assessment

The purpose of the Math Assessment test is to determine your present knowledge of arithmetic and algebra. It is recommended that new students take the Math Assessment test before arriving on campus. A placement score is required to enroll in math classes at Liberty.
