This course is a comprehensive, 14 CFR Part 61 training program consisting of highly structured ground and flight training lessons designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully complete the Initial CFI FAA Practical Test in a Multi-Engine Aircraft and to serve as competent flight instructors.

Each candidate must hold a Multi-Engine Commercial Pilot Certificate.  At least 7 hours of multi-engine PIC time is required.

CourseNotes:

Students will spend 1 afternoon a week in a ground school class to supplement a home study course which will satisfy the FAA requirements for ground school. Students will also recieve up to 40 hours of flight instruction in a C-150 aircraft while also receiving a comparable amout of time in a table top simulator. Their flight training will take place afterschool and weekends as they are available.
