One of the first opportunities you'll have to acquaint yourself with Liberty as a new student is your New Student Seminar experience – you'll learn important college skills and become familiar with the campus.

Visit the Video Tutorials page to view tutorials that will help you fulfill academic requirements and succeed in your college career. If you need assistance with choosing a major or degree information, visit the Professional Advising pages.

New Course For Freshmen

Mentoring 101 is a class which will be limited to small groups and your instructor will provide mentoring and accountability to help you survive your first semester and achieve your best grades.  This is a one-hour course that will count as an elective.

Ask your Admission Counselor to sign you up when you register or add it yourself on ASIST.  Just go to “Look up Courses” and search for MENTORING 101!  It will be one of the best decisions you make for getting started on the right track at Liberty. If you have already registered, you can still add it to your schedule while seats are still available.
