Dr. Richardson’s career consists of professional level work experience in academia as well as a variety of positions held in the for-profit and non-profit sectors of higher education, healthcare, and small business. Dr. Richardson’s last position held, prior to relocating to Liberty University as a resident faculty member, was Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Dean of the School of Graduate and Professional Studies & Online Programs for a university in Tennessee.  In this position, Dr. Richardson successfully managed faculty and staff teams from diverse disciplines (i.e., Arts & Sciences, Business, Education and Nursing) delivering excellence in university project initiatives. Prior to academia, Dr. Richardson served as a Human Resources Manager within one of the United States top 50 companies.

Dr. Richardson has taught with Liberty since 2011, originally as an adjunct faculty member with the School of Business Online.  Most of his research interest lies within healthcare, nursing, and human resources (i.e., commitment, job satisfaction, generational differences, etc.).
