David R. Calland earned his doctorate of philosophy from Capella University in 2012, in Organizational Management, specializing in Human Resources.  He has been teaching college-level courses since 2006 and currently serves as an Associate Professor, Department Chair, and teaches courses in Human Resource Management.  He also serves as an Instructional Mentor for several online/Adjunct Faculty in the online courses.
