Industrial and consumer marketing, public relations, corporate communications, and government and community relations for both consumer and business-to-business entities (1976 – 1995); in-house counsel for the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel, in the Departments of Community & Economic Development, General Services, and State (1998 – 2006); Liberty law and business faculty (2006 – present).  Law practice included economic development, commercial litigation, and professional licensing prosecutions in federal and state courts and administrative venues. Admitted to practice in state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
