Directions to Theater

Directions to Lloyd Theatre:

From Charlottesville:

Take US 29 South to 460 West. (Do not use bypass) Go about seven miles or so to Candler’s Mountain exit. Take your first left at the first light onto Candler’s Mountain Road. At the second stop light (Hardee’s on left) turn right and proceed through the next stop light past the football field, and on to campus. Take the second right. Proceed 100 yards or so and turn right into the parking lot. As you turn into the parking lot you will see double glass doors to your left with BLDG 44 above them and PERFORMING ARTS on the wall to the right of them. Go in these doors and down a short hallway where you will find the Theater and Box Office on your left.

From Roanoke:

Take 460 east to the Candler’s Mountain exit in Lynchburg (left exit). Take your first left at the first light onto Candler’s Mountain Road. At the second stop light (Hardee’s on left) turn right and proceed through the next stop light past the football field, and on to campus. Take the second right. Proceed 100 yards or so and turn right into the parking lot. As you turn into the parking lot you will see double glass doors to your left with BLDG 44 above them and PERFORMING ARTS on the wall to the right of them. Go in these doors and down a short hallway where you will find the Theater and Box Office on your left.

From Appomattox:

Take 460 West to Candler’s Mountain exit in Lynchburg (20 miles). Take your first left at the first light onto Candler’s Mountain Road. At the second stop light (Hardee’s on left) turn right and proceed through the next stop light past the football field, and on to campus. Take the second right. Proceed 100 yards or so and turn right into the parking lot. As you turn into the parking lot you will see double glass doors to your left with BLDG 44 above them and PERFORMING ARTS on the wall to the right of them. Go in these doors and down a short hallway where you will find the Theater and Box Office on your left.

From Danville:

Take 29 North (use Lynchburg bypass) into Lynchburg. Take ramp onto 460 east and proceed to the Candler’s Mountain exit (left exit). Take your first left at the first light onto Candler’s Mountain Road. At the second stop light (Hardee’s on left) turn right and proceed through the next stop light past the football field, and on to campus. Take the second right. Proceed 100 yards or so and turn right into the parking lot.
