The Associate Vice Provost for Academic Planning is responsible for providing strategic data analysis to the Office of the Provost critical for effective academic planning and leadership. The Associate Vice Provost identifies key metrics necessary for data driven decision making and improves the consistency by which analyses are distributed and used. In addition to these responsibilities, the Associate Vice Provost coordinates with other analytical offices to ensure consensus around definitions of University wide metrics, prioritizing analytical initiatives, and vetting and standardizing how analysis is communicated. The Associate Vice Provost will also consult with Information Services on behalf of the Office of the Provost to ensure alignment and appropriate prioritization as well as advisement as how to provide I.S. services.
