The vice president and dean for the Liberty University School of Law is the chief academic and administrative officer of the law school. He is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the vision and mission of the law school - sustaining an environment that fosters a superior legal education, constituted of excellent teaching, scholarship, and service. He is the law school’s principal participant in university governance, bearing responsibility for educational programs and faculty appointments. The dean is Liberty’s lead representative among internal and external constituencies, including the university, the legal community, and the public. The dean for the Liberty University School of Law also serves as the primary liaison between the law school and other colleges within the university, the university administration, and the university Board of Trustees.
