Director of Planning & Construction

The director of planning and construction provides oversight and management for all construction projects. He leads the construction department in executing strategic planning for individual projects as well as for the entire campus. Through cooperation with the end user, budget, engineers, architects, and contractors for each project, the director of planning and construction ensures that every university project meets the appropriate building codes, addresses the needs of the end user, and falls within the established budget.
